The Faculty of Information and Computer Technologies trains highly qualified specialists in all levels of education to work in various industries in areas such as information technologies, computer engineering, information security, cybersecurity, data analytics, network administration, and more, which are among the main requirements of the modern era. All programs are taught in Azerbaijani and English. Courses are delivered by highly experienced teaching staff, including Doctors of Science, PhDs, professors, and associate professors. Additionally, specialists with professional experience from relevant enterprises are involved in teaching.
The faculty possesses the necessary material and technical base, as well as modern research and teaching laboratories. The Cybersecurity Laboratory, equipped with the latest devices and tools, is one of the unique laboratories in the country in terms of its purpose and software-hardware capabilities.

The faculty also offers dual-degree programs. Three specialties are offered in collaboration with INHA University, South Korea:

Additionally, a dual-degree program in Computer Engineering is offered in collaboration with Beijing University of Chemical Technology.
The curricula for all specialties are developed in accordance with the educational programs approved by the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and consider the experience of leading foreign universities.
The curricula include the study of modern technologies such as information technologies, computer systems and networks, information security, cybersecurity, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.
Graduates of the faculty face no difficulties in finding employment in their fields. Many students in their final year receive invitations to continue their education at prestigious universities worldwide, while others receive offers to work in various state and private organizations across Azerbaijan.
