About Department

The Department of Cybersecurity and Computer Engineering under the Faculty of Information and Computer Technologies was established in 2024.

Undergraduate level specialties of the department:

• Computer Engineering
• Information Security

Master’s level specialties of the department:

• Computer Engineering specializations:

  • Computer Systems and Networks
  • Cloud and Network Infrastructure

• Information Security specializations:

  • Cybersecurity
  • Computer and Network Security

At the undergraduate level, 585 students are enrolled (164 of them in English), and at the master’s level, 50 graduate students are enrolled.

In the Computer Engineering specialty, 18 students are foreign nationals, and in the Information Security specialty, 8 students are foreign nationals.

• Undergraduate level (75 students)

  • “Information Security” specialty (in English and Azerbaijani) – 50 students
  • “Computer Engineering” specialty (in English) – 25 students

• Master’s level (20 students)

  • “Computer Systems and Networks” specialization – 10 students
  • “Cloud and Network Infrastructure” specialization – 10 students
