Admission is carried out in 30 specialties at the bachelor's level the 2021/2022 academic year. A total of 1,190 planned places have been allocated for these specialties, of which 690 places fall to the Azerbaijani section and 500 places to the English section.

BEU and Inha University of the Republic of Korea offer bachelor's degree programs in 4 specialties - Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology and Civil Engineering, which were launched last academic year. Thus, education in these specialties is carried out on the basis of the state order (https://beu.edu.az/az/page/ikili-diplom-proqrami-185/).
BEU has a wide range of opportunities and prospects, as well as scientific and pedagogical staff for applicants who want to study in these specialties and become highly qualified personnel in this field. The University has state-of-the-art laboratories and state-of-the-art classrooms to support the teaching process. BEU, which has been operating as an e-university since its establishment, has been widely using e-learning, online learning platform, e-university management system and other e-services. Work is underway to improve these services.
It should be noted that the competition for bachelor's degree in English-speaking specialties is held jointly in the Azerbaijani and Russian sections. There is no aptitude test for Architecture and Design departments.
