Baku Engineering University (BEU) has held a training on “Red Team” and “Blue Team” topics within the framework of the “CyberPulse” project with the organizational support of “MilliSec” company and the Azerbaijan Association of Cybersecurity Organizations.

At the training organized for students of the “Information Security” Department, cybersecurity experts Zaur Gasimov and Fakhrim Safarov emphasized that the “CyberPulse” project aims to prepare professional personnel in the field of cybersecurity, as well as to create learning and practice opportunities for the new generation of IT specialists, making a presentation on the topic of the training. The speeches provided detailed information about the Red Team and Blue Team approaches, career opportunities in these areas, important knowledge to learn, as well as techniques.

During the training, the participants also got acquainted with the attack methodologies in the “Red Team” direction, where they gained practical experience in real scenarios on SOC environment, SIEM tools, incident detection and response.
