Baku Engineering University (BEU) has organized a seminar on "Communicative features of game aesthetics in postmodernist literature" by the "Power of Words" student club, which was created on the initiative of the Azerbaijani language and pedagogy department.

The chairman of the club, first-year student Rustam Yusifzada informed about the main purpose of the event and brought his thoughts on the topic to attention.

Later, Ulvi Babasoy, the senior lecturer of the aforementioned department, made a speech on the topic. In his report, he clarified such issues as the emergence of modernism, its main essence, as well as the place of modernist thought in literature, etc. Noting that postmodernism is formed not only as a trend in literature, art, politics, and social life, but also as a landscape of the era, U.Babasoy also touched on author-reader relations in postmodernism literature.

An intellectual competition covering language, literature and culture was held as part of the discussion seminar. Students who actively participated in the competition were presented with gifts.
