An info session for students on SOCAR "Young Talents Program 2026" project has been held at Baku Engineering University (BEU).

During the information session, Gulchohra Ibrahimova, Director of BEU's Enterprise Relations and Career Center, delivered an opening speech emphasizing the importance of collaborative projects implemented in the direction of students' career development.

Later, Hamid Israfilov, Head of SOCAR Recruitment Department, spoke about various projects implemented by the company. He noted that the "Young Talents Program 2026" is one of SOCAR's strategic initiatives aimed at the professional development of young people, the realization of their skills and the formation of future personnel potential. Thanks to the program, students not only test their knowledge and skills in a real production environment, but also create a solid foundation for their future careers in the country's energy sector.

The event was also attended by leading human resources specialists from SOCAR Recruitment Department, Khayala Jalilzada, Rashad Alakbarov, and process engineer Narmin Suleymanli (a 2023 graduate of the BEU Chemical Engineering Department). The speeches provided extensive information about the content of the program, selection stages, and opportunities offered to participants. It was noted that within the program, senior and master's students are given the opportunity to gain experience in a real work environment, learn from professional mentors, participate in various projects, and participate in trainings for personal and professional development. Moreover, participants can benefit from rich e-learning platforms and operate in a multidisciplinary and inclusive environment.
