Seminar on teachers’ recruitment process

 The video “Be one of them!” has been presented for the first time

  

Under the arrangement of Human Resource Center of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Department on work with enterprises and career of Baku Engineering University(BEU), seminars on the process of recruitment of teachers to state educational institutions has been held.

Employees of the Human Resource Center of the Ministry of Education gave detailed information about the history and activities of the Center. It was noted that the Center conducted teachers’ recruitment to state educational institutions, their displacement, as well as examinations of directors' recruitment process, and diagnostic assessment of knowledge and skills of pedagogical staff working in state educational institutions. Over the past two years, nearly 18,000 candidates have been successful at the competitions held by the Center.

The seminar also covered the rules for recruitment of teachers to educational institutions, the stages of competition, form of salary calculation, the application of incentive measures. 

BEU alumni who achieved success in the competition for the recruitment of teachers- Shahin Muradli, primary school teacher of Istisu village secondary school in Ismayilli region(51 points),  Tahire Jabizada, primary school teacher of secondary school No 217 in Baku(57 points), Nigar Musayeva,Azerbaijani language and literature teacher of Gushchu village secondary school in Shamakhi district(55 points) made  speeches. They shared their impressions about the competition for recruitment of teachers.

At the seminar, the presentation of video “Be one of them!”, prepared by Human Resource Center of the Ministry, was held for the first time. 

Later, the questions of students were answered.

At the end of the event, booklets reflecting the activities of the Human Resources Center were distributed to the students.
