Baku Engineering University (BEU) and Malaysia University of Science and Technology (MUST) held a meeting to discuss cooperation prospects.

The initial meeting, held in online format, was attended by representatives of BEU's International Relations Department, Dr. Thanga Thurai Vengadasalam, Director of MUST's International Relations Office, and academic staff.

BEU's Vice-Rector for International Relations, Atraba Gul, briefed the counterpart about the university and highlighted possible directions for cooperation with the Malaysian university.

The parties reviewed issues such as student exchange, implementation of joint scientific research projects, preparation of joint theses on the development of relations, organization of international events, as well as implementation of dual degree programs in the fields of engineering and information technology.

During the discussions, the parties expressed their interest in developing cooperation. 

At the end, an agreement was reached on organizing mutual visits and preparing a cooperation document in the near future.
