On December 20, the Human Resources Center of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan will hold a seminar on the process of recruiting teachers to public schools at Baku Engineering University (BEU).

The main purpose of the seminar is to provide general education institutions with detailed information on the rules of recruitment of teachers, the stages of the competition, to encourage students studying in the final year of higher education in pedagogical specialties to participate in the competition. The seminar will provide detailed information on the legislation on teacher recruitment and emphasize the importance of measures taken to improve the social welfare of teachers, as well as answer questions of interest to students.

        Video "Be one of them" prepared by Human Resources Center of the Ministry will be presented for the first time at  the event organized jointly with Department on work with enterprises and career of BEU. Moreover, booklets reflecting the period of activity of the Human Resources Center will be distributed to students

         It should be noted that the Human Resources Center was established by the Order No. 441 of the Minister of Education dated November 23, 2017. The center conducts competitions for the recruitment, transfer and permanentization of teachers in public general education institutions, the examination phase of the recruitment process of principals and diagnostic assessment of the knowledge and skills of the teaching staff working in these institutions. During its two years of operation, about 18,000 candidates have won competitions organized by the Human Resources Center.
