From the 2020/2021 academic year, work is underway on the implementation of a dual degree program between Baku Engineering University (BEU) and Inha University.  

In accordance with the agreement reached between the two universities, a dual degree program is being implemented in 4 specialties

- Civil Engineering;

-Information Technologies;

- Electrical engineering;

-Electronics engineering (telecommunications engineering, process automation, computer engineering)

at the bachelor's degree.   

The conditions for participation in the program are not difficult:

- Score 400 or more points in the exam organized by the State Examination Center (SEC);

- Successfully pass the English language and subject competition organized by BEU and Inha University. 

Under these conditions, applicants will be able to study in one of 4 specialties of their choice.

The program is based on the 3 + 1 model. Hence, according to the dual degree program, students will study for 3 academic years at BEU and 1 academic year at Inha University. After preparing and defending the thesis in English, they will receive two diplomas. The current program is fully funded by the state. Undergraduate students will have the opportunity to continue their master's and doctoral studies on scholarships in South Korea. In addition, BEU has two dormitories that meet modern requirements, and students who will study under the program will be provided with dormitories.

The documents required to apply for the program include two 3x4 photos, a copy of ID card, a certificate, a document confirming the score obtained in SEC exam and an English language certificate (if any).
