As noted, the admission plan of the Baku Engineering University (BEU) for the 2024/2025 academic year includes new specialties at the bachelor's level.

These are "Physics", "Chemistry", "Mathematics" for the English department and "Biotechnology", "Transport engineering", "Food engineering" for the Azerbaijani department.

A total of 2,285 planned places are allocated in 36 majors at the undergraduate level of BMU, of which 1,540 places are intended for the Azerbaijani department (full-time), 220 places are for part-time education, and 525 places are for the English department (full-time) (https://beu.edu.az/az/page/bakalavr-tehsili-182/).
