The first stage of the "Her Improvement" program covering the topics of initiative, entrepreneurship, innovation, business, startup, networking has been taken place at Baku Engineering University (BEU) for girls aged 12-16 with the organization of FemTech, and the support of Kontakt Home, Conversationclub.az and BEU Department of Science and Innovation, Student Scientific Society. 

Trainings and workshops on various topics consisting of 3 sections were held for 25 participants admitted to the program. During the 10-hour program, the participants got acquainted with the Technopark, the center of innovation and technology of the University, and the environment was created for teams to work on the initial form of their ideas.
