Students and staff of Baku Engineering University (BEU) have attended the XI Baku Book Fair organized by the Ministry of Culture. Students got acquainted with the stands of various local and foreign publishing houses at the fair and received comprehensive information about modern literature, as well as scientific and artistic publications. The fair played an important role in the formation of reading culture and library habits among young people, as well as their intellectual development.

Such fairs not only enriching students' knowledge and worldview, but also provide an opportunity to gain international experience and promote mutual cooperation in the areas of innovation and development (Goal 9) of the UN Sustainable Development Goals, as well as global partnership (Goal 17).

41 international organizations from 18 countries, including more than 100 publishing and printing companies and institutions related to book publishing, participated in the fair over seven days. The exhibition was attended by representatives from Türkiye, Argentina, Great Britain, Lithuania, Qatar, China, South Korea, Italy, Spain and other countries.
