Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of Baku Engineering University (BEU), Associate Professor Mayis Azizov has visited Sapienza University of Rome, Italy within the Erasmus + KA1 exchange programme. Participating in the one-week exchange programme, M. Azizov met with the staff of the International Relations Office of the University, as well as got acquainted with the library of Sapienza University.

During the discussions, Professor of the Department of Social and Economic Sciences of Sapienza University Marco A. Marini, as well as the academic staff exchanged the views on the writing of scientific articles, research cooperation and networking, scientific seminars and conferences. Moreover, the professor's participation as a keynote speaker at the II International Scientific-Practical Conference " The Sustainable Development of Economy and Administration: Problems and Perspectives" to be held on December 24, 2021 at BEU was discussed.

In addition, discussions were held between BEU and Sapienza University of Rome on the bachelor's and master's degrees programs in economics and the development of relations between these programs, as well as the ways to teach microeconomics.
