A group of students of Baku Engineering University (BEU) majoring in radio engineering and telecommunication engineering went on an excursion to "Azercell Telecom" LLC.

The main purpose of the excursion, which was led by staff members of the Department of automation, telecommunications and energy of the university, associate professor Elchin Gozalov and head teacher Fakhranda Mammadova, was to familiarize the students with LLC, as well as to get knowledge about mobile communication systems from experts and listen to their recommendations.

Rovshan Mammadov, Head of Quality Control and Reporting Department of Network Technologies Department of "Azercell Telecom" LLC, delivered a comprehensive presentation on the organization of mobile communication after providing the students with the necessary information about the structure. During the presentation, detailed information was provided on issues such as the organization of mobile communication, network elements, working principle, various technologies, their development trends and advantages, the application of the latest technological innovations, and the mechanism for meeting the growing demands of customers. The students were presented with information about the institution's base and transmission stations, voice and data service, network service quality control systems, and answered their questions.

Later, the students got acquainted with the conditions created for employees in the structural divisions of the mobile operator, and the professional opportunities that await them in the future.
