An event on “From Education to Business: Career Path for Students” has been organized at Baku Engineering University (BEU).

The event, jointly organized by the BEU Department on work with enterprises and career, the Career Club under the Student Trade Union Committee, as well as the National Association of Businessmen’s Societies and Marsol Academy, stated that this meeting aims to prepare students for the business world, strengthen their entrepreneurial skills and create a solid foundation for career development.

A number of well-known businessmen - Bilal Gasimli, Director of Marsol Group, Sevda Alizadeh, Director of Malham International Hospital, Bakhtiyar Ahmadov, Founder of Concrete Bureau, Shamsi Bayramzadeh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Holberton Azerbaijan School, as well as Sarvan Aslanov, Founder and Director of Aslanov Group, spoke at the event and shared their experience and achievements in business with students.

During the speeches, extensive information was provided on issues such as the main principles of achieving success, ways to overcome difficulties in business life, and the development and application of business strategies. It was noted that determination, self-confidence, and diligence are the main formulas for success in a career, and modern skills are important factors determining the future of the modern generation.

At the event, recommendations were also given to the training participants to develop entrepreneurial skills and be ready for the challenges of business life, including real examples and ways to apply business models.

At the end, the points of interest to the students were clarified.
