The Head of the Public Relations Department of Baku Engineering University (BEU) Elman Babayev has been awarded a Certificate of Appreciation by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.

The Certificate of Appreciation was presented to the BEU employee for his active participation in the 29th session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP29), held in Baku on November 11-22, 2024.
