An event dedicated to the presentation of the new action plan of the "ASAN Club" operating under the Student Trade Union Committee of Baku Engineering University (BEU), as well as Flag Day has been held.

First, information was given about the origin and history of the flag, which was one of the state symbols.

Chairman of “ASAN Club” Farid Alakbarov spoke about the establishment and activities of the club. He said that the main goal of the club was to direct volunteer students to government agencies and some private sectors, as well as to make their lives easier. Touching upon the benefits that students can get, the chairman of the club said that they could join the ASAN service voluntarily and receive a certificate for their social activity. F.Alakbarov noted that motivation courses would be organized at the club, and they would be able to see the cultures of different countries at BEU without going to that country.

After other speeches and presentations, there was a concert program. Well-known singers Roza Zargarli, Nihad Malik and others performed in the program.
