As we reported, a delegation from the Andijan State Technical Institute (ASTI) of Uzbekistan is on a visit to Baku Engineering University (BEU).
Within the framework of the visit, the guests became acquainted with BEU's campus, educational-administrative infrastructure, modern laboratories, and Technopark.
During the familiarization with the laboratories, the delegation received detailed information about the educational and research activities conducted there. It was noted that the laboratories are equipped with modern standard equipment and create extensive opportunities for enhancing students' practical skills.
The guests were also presented with the existing conditions for the development of startup projects at BEU Technopark, as well as the resources and infrastructure created to support students and young researchers. ASTI representatives who reviewed the startups developed by students highly appreciated the innovativeness of the projects and exchanged views on cooperation prospects.
The Uzbek guests highly evaluated the existing conditions at BEU and emphasized that joint cooperation in scientific research would be beneficial for both parties.
The visit (November 17-24), organized based on the cooperation agreement signed between the two universities in May of this year, aims to implement a professional experience program. Within the framework of the program, the ASTI delegation will deliver lectures at the university, and exchanges will be conducted in the fields of teaching methodology and academic management.
