TV lessons have started at Baku Engineering University (BEU) today. In order to watch TV lessons in a convenient way and at any time, a "TV lesson" section was created on BEU website (https://beu.edu.az/az/page/teleders-190/). The “TV lesson” section included six laboratory classes in Chemical Engineering, World Economy, Chemistry Education, Mechanical Engineering, Biology Education and Physics Education. 

Taking into account that about 70% of teaching at BEU was in English, TV lessons were prepared in this language. Morever, special specialties, which were more difficult to conduct online, and subjects that needed to be taught in the laboratory were given priority in TV lessons. This will make it easier for students follow their practical laboratory work, as well as improve their language skills. The project also aims to maintain interest in education in the current pandemic.

Students from other universities can also benefit from TV lessons recorded on BEU TV and prepared in television format.
