Mikayil Aldemir, a citizen of the Republic of Türkiye, is studying at Baku Engineering University (BEU) in the “Computer Engineering” Department. The Turkish-Azerbaijani brotherhood, our common roots and language are among the factors that made him decide to receive higher education in our country.

The idea of ​​choosing BEU emerged during his search for a university that provides quality education in the field of engineering. He noted, “The opportunity to study “Computer Engineering” at BEU and also to receive education in English was attractive to me. Because receiving education in English is one of the main ways to go abroad and develop oneself. This means a successful career in the future. This is how I plan my career. In addition, the university offers students modern laboratories, good teaching with the participation of a faculty with international experience, as well as opportunities to support various projects. Teachers not only teach during the lesson process, but also closely support us in the projects we work on.”

Mikayil Aldemir is also very pleased with the foreign student environment at BEU. He added, "There are young people from different countries here. It is very nice to study with students from different places and with different cultures and build friendships. Such an environment creates an acquaintance with other cultures and values. I am glad that the view and approach to the Turkish nation emerges with a warmer attitude. I would like to express my gratitude to the university administration for creating this atmosphere and to the brotherly Azerbaijani people who embraced us".
