Trainings on "Public Sector Audit" for students of Baku Engineering University (BMU) by the employees of the Chamber of Accounts of the Republic of Azerbaijan continue.

In the trainings, which started on March 7 of the current year, the employees of the Chamber of Accounts, Acting Chief of Staff, Head of the State Budget and Strategic Analysis Department Tamerlan Yusif-zadeh and Sector Head of that department Gulnar Hajiyeva, Head of the Efficiency Audit Department Zaur Valiyev, Head of Legal Assurance and Quality Control Department Nurana Safarova, Head of the Training Needs Analysis and Training Organization Sector Ramal Azizov made separate presentations.

Reports on the topics of civil service issues, budget processes, fiscal policy, organization of accounting, basics of the activity of the Chamber of Accounts, public finance and its management, participation of the Chamber in the budget process, etc. were listened to and questions of interest to the students were answered.

It should be noted that the final year students majoring in accounting and auditing of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of BEU were involved in the training, which is expected to last for 3 months. At the end of the training, it is planned to give special certificates to students who have shown high activity and results, and at the same time, they will be involved in the activities of the relevant structural units of the Chamber of Accounts.
