Baku Engineering University (BEU) has launched the awareness-raising training for academic staff and university staff.

The first training was dedicated to the topic of "How should the scientific article write? The structure of the article and academic writing rules ".

BEU Vice-Rector for Science and Innovation Agasi Malikov emphasized the role of education in the design of a scientific article, the importance of such trainings, especially for employees and young scientists who are interested in science. Furthermore, he spoke about the significance of observing the basic requirements for a scientific article.

At the event, it was also noted that the training was organized taking into account the wishes of the employees during the "Evaluation of the scientific research potential of the academic staff" survey.

Later, delivering  a broad presentation on the topic, the trainer Ilkin Gasimov gave detailed information about such issues as academic writing style, scientific article writing methodology, structure, choosing a research topic, reference and fact-based, intellectual property to the participants.

Participants' questions were answered in the training, which was conducted interactively with the audience.

At the end, a certificate of appreciation was presented to the trainer.
