Strategy and Quality Assurance Department  has organized a training session at Baku Engineering University (BEU) to explain the functionality of the Electronic Information System and a number of important innovations implemented.

First, speaking at the event, Hamzaga Orujov, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, touched upon the important points to be paid attention to in terms of further improving the educational process and increasing student satisfaction. He stated that the accurate and complete display of all information on education and exams in the BEU Electronic Information System, in other words, the absence of questions about evaluation, students' exam results, as well as other matters, is very important for the quality organization of education and the effective establishment of management as a whole. The Vice-Rector called the training important in terms of eliminating any problems that arise and expressed his belief that such events would further increase the skills of employees to work with the constantly improved electronic system.

Later, Sevil Imanova, Head of the Strategy and Quality Assurance Department, Ramil Hajiyev, Head of the Education Department, and Rauf Suleymanli, Electronic System Administrator of the Software Department, spoke and provided information about the functions of the Electronic Information System.

The speeches highlighted the innovations in the electronic system, as well as the opportunities to familiarize oneself with the necessary information in the normative legal documents, internal university documents and legislative sections through the system. Moreover, it was clarified how the activities of the university structures are regulated through this system, and methods for posting all information on the organization of education, registration for classes, re-examination, taking classes in the lower course, deductions, summer school, and conditions for final graduation and obtaining them in an easier form were explained.

At the end, the questions of the training participants were answered.
