Theoretical knowledge about information technologies presented in trainings as part of BEU-INHA DDP

In the next week of the trainings for the academic staff of Baku Engineering University (BEU) organized at Inha University of South Korea, lectures on the topics "Operating system", "3D Display Lab", "Database" were heard. Moreover, the participants were informed with theoretical knowledge on directions of "Basic concept and components of database systems", "Main functions of database management system (DBMS), "Data models, ER model and relational data model", "Database design theory and database design tools ", "Conceptual design and logical design for real application of database" and etc.

In order to expand practical opportunities in the training, a practical laboratory was organized, including familiarization with the environment where students work, devices and other equipment. Here, information about VR (Virtual Reality), AR (Augmented Reality) and MR (Mixed Reality) is displayed in visual form.

7 faculty of the Information Technologies Department of the University participate in the trainings held within the framework of the dual degree program (DDP) between BEU and Inha University.

The 6-week training, which is one of the main components of the dual degree program implemented between BEU and Inha University, is expected to be completed on August 19. The aim is to provide a special educational program for the teaching staff through the exchange of mutual experience during this period, as well as to achieve further improvement of their knowledge and skills.
