In accordance with paragraph 3 of the relevant order of the Cabinet of Ministers on the suspension of the educational and training processes in all educational institutions operating in the Republic of Azerbaijan, another major disinfection has been carried out at Baku Engineering University (BEU).

All educational buildings, public catering facilities and dormitories of the University were disinfected for the second time last week by the Hygiene and Epidemiology Center of Absheron District, as well as the sanitary-epidemiological condition was taken under control.

It should be noted that BEU is constantly working to prevent the danger of coronavirus infection, intensify appropriate medical-prophylactic, disinfectant and other preventive measures. Thus, in order to raise awareness, an informative video was prepared and posted on the University's website, as well as on monitors in dormitories and educational buildings. Moreover, the informative event on "Raising awareness on compulsory health insurance" provided detailed information about the complications caused by the coronavirus and ways to prevent this disease.
