Baku Engineering University (BEU) continues its cooperation with Texas Tech University of the United States on a dual degree program in civil engineering. Within the framework of this cooperation, two BEU students in the mentioned specialty have the opportunity to study on scholarship at the Texas Tech University at the master's level.

According to the conditions, students will study at Texas Tech University during the first and second semesters of the admission year, and at BEU during the third and fourth semesters.

Candidates will be selected based on certain criteria. According to these criteria, in addition to being a student of BEU, the candidate must have an overall average success rate of more than 80 points and an international language certificate.

Moreover, the requirements for candidates include the submission of a curriculum vitae (CV) and a letter of recommendation.
