Under the terms of the "Cooperation Agreement" signed between the Baku Engineering University (BEU) and AzSmart LLC, students have been involved in the repair of electronic blocks in the workplaces created by the institution.

During the initial trainings at the University, they were provided with detailed information about the activities of the company, its work and the existing corporate rules.

The next stage of trainings for selected students majoring in Automatics and Electronics started in the office of "AzSmart" LLC on May 12.

The rules of labor organization,  as well as the safety rules while working with equipment and devices were explaned to the students in the next trainings organized in the Technical Support Department of the company. Then, examples of ways to solve the problems ahead and knowledge needs to be demonstrated were shown.

Students are divided into 4 groups of 3 people each and undergo internship in the call center, technical support and repair units, which are part of the structure of the Technical Support Department, after school hours according to the work schedule designed to participate in practical work.

During the internship, BEU students will get acquainted with the company's equipment and participate in the process of initial preparation of new equipment for operation. Furthermore, they will learn the working principles of the equipment, the operating system used, the software and its error codes, other technical errors and their solutions, and will be involved in initial technical support and maintenance.
