Student Youth Organization (SYO) of Baku Engineering University (BEU) has been awarded at the anniversary event dedicated to the 10th anniversary of Azerbaijan Student Youth Organizations’ Union (ASYOU).  

In their opening remarks at the event,  Firudin Gurbanov, Deputy Minister of Education, Farid Jafarov, Executive Director of the Youth Foundation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Intigam Babayev, Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports, Faig Mammadov, Chairman of Azerbaijan Student Youth Organizations' Union (ASYOU)  and others noted that the state youth policy, founded by National Leader Heydar Aliyev, was successfully being implemented under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev. It was noted that young people benefiting from the favorable conditions were achieving significant results as a result of this policy.

The new logo and anthem of ASYOU were presented to the public at the anniversary event.

Later, SYOs that differed throughout the year, and TV channels and websites were awarded for their cooperation during the event. Student Youth Organization of BEU was among them. The organization was awarded a letter of appreciation for its successful work at ASYOU in 2019.
