The Student Basketball League, where the basketball team of Baku Engineering University (BMU) is represented by students, continues. The final match of the basketball competition organized by the Azerbaijan Basketball Federation among students of higher educational institutions is planned to be held on May 19.

Within the framework of the league, the BEU team has already played 19 games with a round-robin system (each participant meets with other participants of the tournament one by one). The match with the teams of 2 more universities is planned for the next week.

Not only BEU teams, but also the teams of Azerbaijan Technical University, Azerbaijan State Academy of Physical Education and Sport, Azerbaijan State Agricultural University, Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University, Azerbaijan State University of Economics and Khazar University take part in the league games.
