The “Eco Hub” project, organized by the “Eco Hub” Public Union for Support to Ecological Initiatives, and implemented in partnership with the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, as well as the Azerbaijan Student Youth Organizations' Union, has been implemented at Baku Engineering University (BEU). 

Within the framework of the project, students, with the close participation of the BEU Student Youth Organization, prepared 30 sorting boxes from cardboard material provided by “Eco Hub” and placed them in different buildings and floors of the university. Thus, students demonstrated their eco-responsibility for a better future, as well as drew attention to the importance of waste management and recycling, contributing to the protection of the environment and the green future goals of our country.

Of note, the goal of the project is to reduce the harm of plastic waste to the environment, develop a sorting culture among students, and increase environmental responsibility.
