An event on the topic “What should we do for healthy nutrition?” has been organized by the Baku Engineering University (BEU) Student Scientific Society (SSS).

At the event, SSS members Emil Salmanov and Gunay Bayramova provided information about the purpose and importance of the event.

Later, the head of the BEU Department of Food and Biotechnology, associate professor Ravan Rahimov, and experts, Sakina Agayeva, Shahin Bayramli and Farid Safarov, made reports on the topic. The speeches covered the scientific foundations of healthy nutrition, mistakes made in daily food choices, as well as important elements of a healthy lifestyle and ways to achieve them.

The event continued with a question-and-answer session.

At the end, certificates were presented to students who actively participated in the event, and free individual consultations and diet programs were provided to all participants.
