On December 3, the next meeting of the Scientific Council of Baku Engineering University was held.

At the meeting, the issue of approving the "Rules for establishing the Scholarship Program for foreign students studying at Baku Engineering University" was discussed in detail.

After listening to the opinions and proposals of the council members, a unanimous decision was made to adopt the rules.

The Scientific Council ended with the discussion of current issues.
