6th grade students of secondary school No. 10 in Khirdalan city have visited Baku Engineering University (BEU).

First, the students got acquainted with the university campus, as well as the infrastructure that serves to effectively organize students' leisure time.

Later, visiting the biology and chemical engineering laboratories of BEU, the students were given detailed information about the students' practical classes here, as well as the most modern devices and equipment available for independent scientific research, analytical, biochemical analysis. It was noted that in the laboratories, which provide reinforcement of theoretical knowledge with practice, students carry out chemical reactions, use various devices and equipment under the supervision of teachers, as well as laboratory assistants.

During the excursion, the students were also shown the handicrafts of students majoring in "Design".

At the end, the students got acquainted with the technical opportunities created to turn technological ideas into reality in the BEU Technopark and looked at various startups prepared by university teams.

The acquaintance with BEU was met with interest by the students.
