The rector of Inha University of the Republic of Korea Cho Myeong Woo and the teaching staff got acquainted with the rich laboratories of Baku Engineering University (BEU) that meet the requirements of the modern era.
The guests were provided with complete information about the working principle of Chemistry and chemical engineering, Cybersecurity, Computer, Mechanical engineering, Electronics and other laboratories, as well as the conditions created for conducting extensive research. It has been brought to attention that the students consolidate their knowledge in the laboratories, which enable practice-based lessons and qualitative research, as well as gain practical skills about the course of real production processes, their management, and regulation rules. The administrative staff of Inha University expressed their satisfaction with the construction of laboratories that enable scientific research and research initiatives to be carried out at BEU. Furthermore, they positively evaluated the steps taken in the direction of research-oriented development at the university, as well as the development of students as highly qualified personnel owing to the combination of theory and practice.
During the meeting, issues of cooperation in this direction were discussed with Inha, which is one of the most prestigious universities in Korea and has wide scientific and research opportunities.
Since 2020, an international dual degree program in the fields of "Construction Engineering", "Information Technologies", "Electrical Engineering" and "Electronics Engineering" have been conducting between BEU and Inha. 385 students are studying under the program, and this year 61 of them graduated for the first time.
