An event called “Successful Thinking” has been held at Baku Engineering University (BEU) within the framework of the “Discover, Learn, Create!” project organized by the “Young Researchers” club operating under the Student Trade Union.

At the event, Fariz Mammadov, founder and head of “AzEstetik Group”, made a presentation on the topic and said that entrepreneurial activity in every person first begins with a dream, and is realized thanks to determination, willpower, and diligence. Emphasizing the importance of a strong sense of self-confidence in achieving achievements, the speaker shared his experience and the secret of his personal success with the students. He emphasized that negative opinions and criticism from the outside always create serious obstacles for people who set goals, and gave a number of useful tips for young people to avoid being influenced by such thoughts.

Another guest of the event, psychologist Ayshan Rafiyeva spoke on the topic “Prejudice in Psychology and Ways to Solve It”. She spoke about the harms of some stereotypes formed in society and explained ways to counteract stereotypes that create obstacles to a person's dreams and negatively affect personal plans.

At the end, the students' questions were answered.
