Google Developer Student Clubs of Baku Engineering University (BEU), Azerbaijan State University of Oil and Industry, ADA University and French-Azerbaijani University will jointly organize the competition entitled "Ideathon for People". The competition will be organized online and through the “Discord” platform.

The competition aims to better prepare students for the “Solution Challenge” competition. Registration for the annual “Solution Challenge” competiton has already begun.

The competition, which will start at 10:30 AM on March 6-7, 2021, will be broadcast live on YouTube channels of DSC BEU (https://bit.ly/2NOJ8iI) and DSC ASOIU (https://bit.ly/2Mz2Ez1) .

The theme of the competition covers the first 5 goals of the "Sustainable Development Goals":

1. End Poverty: End All Forms of Poverty Everywhere;

2.  End hunger: End hunger, achieve food security and better nutrition, and promote sustainable agriculture;

3. Health and Welfare: Ensuring a healthy lifestyle and improving the well-being of all, regardless of age;

4. Quality education: Provide inclusive and equally quality education for all and support lifelong learning opportunities;

5. Gender equality: Achieving gender equality, expanding the rights and opportunities of all girls and women.
