On the initiative of Baku Engineering University (BEU) Student Trade Union Committee (STUC) and Student Youth Organization (SYU), training entitled "Development Marathon" has been held.

Sakit Samadov, associate professor of ASOIU, business consultant, spoke on the topic "Mistakes and solutions on the way to development" at the training aimed at guiding students to the right development based on personal experiences. S. Samadov, the head of "Destec Group" company and a member of the Board of Directors of "Nigar Tarım" company, listed the mistakes he made in his personal experience and advised students to value time correctly. He also touched on such issues as the absolute timely completion of incomplete beginnings, the improvement of language skills in youth, support for professional development, overcoming difficulties encountered on the way to development without discouragement, etc.

Jala Bahramova, founding director of "Shane Academy Azerbaijan" and an expert on education abroad, made a presentation on "The role of a foreign language in personal development". The speaker shared his personal experiences about opportunities for studying abroad, the role of language skills in building a career, the need to improve language skills in modern times, and the importance of international language certificates.

10 students selected for their activity in the ongoing training in the question-and-answer format were presented with gifts from STUC.
