"Development marathon" training at BEU

Baku Engineering University (BEU) has organized the "Development Marathon" training under the organization of Student Youth Organization (STU).

STU chairman Canel Khalilov noted that the training held with the participation of well-known specialists was organized in order to develop young people and create positive changes in their careers.

Said Bagirov, a graduate of the European University of Flensburg, the founder of the "Apply-Uni" and "Golatofficial" platforms, as the first trainer of the event, taught young people to choose a successful career path with motivational sources, showing methods of self-recognition and personal development.

Another trainer, Vugar Jabbarov, a lawyer and entrepreneur with experience in the public and private sector, explained to the students how transformation creates development in personal and professional life, including adaptation. Listing the consecutive failures in his career experience, the speaker mentioned that a person's high listening culture helps him to achieve the goals he learned by listening to different audiences.

Later, Sakit Samadov, an expert in economics, explained successful practices to help young people overcome the obstacles they face in entrepreneurship and create business strategies. The expert emphasized that there is no achievement in human life without struggle, in this regard, it is necessary to fight for every job, to be planned for the sake of success, to make the seemingly difficult easy, you just need to take bold steps.

Sharing her success story with the students, Jala Bahramova, a graduate of Harvard University and the founder-director of Shane Academy Azerbaijan emphasized the role of foreign language skills in professional and personal development, as well as brought to the attention of young people the necessary information about international work opportunities and study abroad.

During the training, many questions of interest to the students were answered.

At the end, the trainers presented various gifts to the active students.
