Baku Engineering University (BEU) has held a training for students with the participation of experts on "Tips for the future - the foundation of a career".

At the training, there was a presentation of the newly created "Career Club" at BEU. Gulchohra Ibrahimova, the head of the university's Department on work with enterprises and career, touched on the reasons for the club's creation She added that the main goal is to increase the initiative of young people who want to build a career, to ensure that the proposals of which enterprises to meet, which specialists to organize master classes come from students, and the main thing is to create more favorable conditions for their self-development. stressed that. G.Ibrahimova also talked about the various trainings, career festivals, job fairs and relationships created within the university.

Zahra Behbudova, head of the "Career Club", called the club a successful platform for every young person who wants to build a professional career and unlock their potential, and called on students to actively participate in it.

Then Vafadar Babayev, head of the Azerbaijani Businessmen Union, business trainer, brought to the students' attention the ways to build a career in the business field, the main qualities required to be a successful entrepreneur. He said that belonging to a certain network, being able to identify oneself here, in other words, being able to establish good relationships is important for the foundation of a career, and communication skills play a major role in self-development in a certain field. 

Another trainer, author of the book "Contradiction", marketing specialist Orkhan Shahbazov talked about the ways to take the first step on the career path and how to achieve the goal. He called on the students to improve their knowledge and skills and define their career maps with a sense of self-confidence.
