The International Project Management Association (IPMA) training program on "Project Management within the ICB4 standards" has been completed within the framework of joint cooperation of the Quality Assurance Department of Baku Engineering University (BEU) with the Department of Science and Innovation. 

Rashad Ibrahimov, a professional project management trainer, touched upon the importance of project management and the activity of the participants in the trainings.

Sevil Imanova, Head of the Quality Assurance Department, thanked for the organization of such an interesting training and stressed the benefits of the training for the participants.

At the end, employees successfully completing the training program were awarded certificates.

Of note, the 3-week program for university staff includes the trainings in international certification systems in project management, the role of the project manager in the project, project components - regulations, budget, stakeholders, as well as the hierarchical structure of project work, project RACI matrix, procurement plan, risk areas in the project.
