SOCAR provides opportunities for young people who are citizens of Azerbaijan studying in various universities in the Republic of Azerbaijan and abroad, eager to learn, interested in personal development, professional skills and practical knowledge, initiative, able to work in a team, love their profession and have high professional knowledge to gain experience in the oil and gas industry. 

Paid internships for young people will be organized for 2 months in accordance with the specialties required in the enterprises and organizations that are part of SOCAR. It is planned to pay AZN 250 (including taxes) to young people undergoing paid internships in SOCAR. At the end of the internship period, all interns will be provided with a production certificate of their activities, young people who have received a positive opinion about their activities and wish to work in SOCAR will be included in the Personnel Reserve Database (CEB) through interviews. It is planned to consider the issue of employment.

To be eligible for a paid internship program, young people must meet the following requirements:

· Must be a citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan;

· Must complete the required level of education in the last 3 academic years;

· Graduates with a bachelor's degree in the required specialties, as well as students continuing their education with a master's degree.

Selection for the internship is based on a competition and consists of 2 stages: Stage I - a test exam to test the applicants' qualifications, logical thinking, computer skills, knowledge of SOCAR and Azerbaijan, and Stage II - interviews for those who scored the appropriate passing score in specialty groups.
