Students of Baku Engineering University (BMU) can join the "STEAM Azerbaijan" project starting from the 2019-2020 academic year with the support of the Education Institute of the Ministry of Science and Education.

Appropriate conditions for participation in the "International STEAM Azerbaijan Festival 2022" are provided. Thus, teams consisting of four people, including one project leader and three students, can attend the competition. It is possible for the project manager to lead several teams in the same category. In addition, each student can participate in only one team and compete in only one category. The registration required for participation in the competition (https://saf.steam.edu.az/az/registration/105) will continue until October 31, 2022. After registration, the teams will be informed about the selection stages.

Of note the festival, to be held in "Baku Expo Center" on December 5-9 this year, will be organized in 10 competitions and 1 exhibition category. The festival aims to promote STEAM-based education, develop 21st century skills among students, identify and network creative, digital technology-savvy students and students, and study international experience in innovation and digitalization.
