The next meeting of the Scientific Council was held at Baku Engineering University (BEU).

After information was provided on the issues on the agenda, the annual reports of the Faculty of Engineering and the Faculty of Information and Computer Technologies were heard. The reports highlighted the faculties' recent activities, scientific achievements, international cooperation, and student projects. Additionally, attention was drawn to scientific research, academic indicators, startup and innovation projects, as well as work carried out to improve the educational process and future activity plans.  

After hearing opinions and proposals, the annual reports of the faculties were deemed satisfactory.

Subsequently, various issues on the agenda, as well as the activities of BMU Technopark, were discussed and relevant decisions were adopted.

The Chairman of the Council, Rector Yagub Piriyev, spoke about the current state of scientific, educational, and administrative activities carried out at the university, as well as the work to be done. At the same time, he gave relevant instructions regarding the expansion of research activities at the higher education institution, strengthening international cooperation ties, increasing student achievements, and promoting innovative projects, and brought the main objectives for the upcoming period to attention.
