Baku Engineering University (BEU) and INHA University of South Korea have held the next information session on the international dual degree program, which was launched last academic year. The information session provided extensive information on the specialty of Electronics Engineering taught in the program.
Humay Jafarli, Director General of BEU-INHA Dual Degree Program, said that the dual diploma program was implemented on the basis of the “State Program on Increasing the International Competitiveness of the Higher Education System in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2019-2023” approved by the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. H.Jafarli spoke about the application form, admission conditions, program model, language of instruction, etc. in detail. Noting that the application process for the international dual degree program in engineering has already begun, the program director added that online registration will last until August 14.
Hyunjin Yang, INHA Project Director of BEU-INHA DDP, briefed the participants on the University he represented. He noted that INHA University, founded in 1954, was one of the leading universities in South Korea in the field of engineering. Speaking about the advantages of the program, Hyunjin Yang added that students had a chance to continue their education in the fourth year at Inha University and eventually get two diplomas.
Then, Hamed Kaghazchi, who graduated from Cukurova University in Turkey with a degree in Electrical Engineering and is currently a senior lecturer at the Department of Automation and Electrical Engineering at BEU, made a presentation on "Electronics Engineering".
At the end, Sahibzaman Shirinov, who studied Electrical Engineering at BEU, shared his views on the program.
