A training on “Career Planning” has jointly been organized by the Department on work with enterprises and career and the “Career Club” under the Student Trade Union Committee.

At the training organized for students of the Faculty of Architecture and Construction, Rizvan Aliyev, Head of the Human Resources Department of “PMD Projects” LLC, provided students with extensive information about the process of effective career planning and the first steps to be taken to achieve work goals. Emphasizing that proper career planning was an important condition, the trainer also noted the important aspects that an individual should pay attention to in his or her development for strategic career advancement. He also mentioned the importance of studying the requirements of the labor market when starting a working life.

During the training, the recruitment procedure, CV preparation, and interview stage rules were also explained in detail.

At the end, the questions of interest to the students were answered.
