Separate meetings have been organized with students admitted to the full state-funded dual degree program (BEU-INHA DDP) implemented between Baku Engineering University and Inha University of the Republic of Koreain the 2022 and 2023 academic years.
The meetings are aimed at listening to the impressions of second-year students of the program studying information technologies, construction, electrical and electronic engineering about the summer school organized in Korea this summer, as well as their opinions about the progress of the current semester, including the studies of third-year students who will continue their studies at Inha University next year.
Speaking about the advantages of the international program implemented on the basis of the 3+1 model, Humay Jafarli, director of BEU-INHA DDP, noted that the continuation of 1 year of students' studies in Korea has a positive effect on their development as highly qualified personnel, as well as an opportunity to get acquainted with Korean culture. She added that studying under this program provides good opportunities for young people to develop their English skills in addition to learning the Korean language.
Later, the course of the students' lessons, their opinions and suggestions about teaching, as well as their impressions of the summer school organized in Korea, were heard. Moreover, the employees of the program clarified the questions that worried them.
Hyunjin Yang, head of the DDP management department, expressed his attitude to the problems students face in Korean language classes, as well as other issues that interest them.
Furthermore, all the necessary information will be delivered to the students who will study at Inha University next year.
