The next meetings of the committee on internationalization in higher education have been held in Ganja within the framework of the Erasmus+ project called "Establishment of the Conference of Rectors in Azerbaijan" (ECAR), implemented with the financial support of the European Commission.

Meetings attended by officials from about 15 higher educational institutions were organized at Azerbaijan Technological University (ATU) and Azerbaijan State Agricultural University (ASAU).

The report of the committee was heard at the meeting held at ATU. Later, organizational issues were considered, and new elections were held for the positions of committee chairman and deputy chairman.

According to the results of the voting, Eshkin Bayramov, vice-rector for international relations of Baku Business University, was elected the new chairman of the Internationalization Committee, while Narmin Alakbarova, head of the international cooperation and project management department of Baku Engineering University (BEU), and Gunay Maharramova, head of the international relations department of ASPU, were elected as the vice-chairmen.

At the meeting of the committee on internationalization held at ASAU, detailed discussions were held on future activities.

After the meeting, the guests got acquainted with the material and technical base of ASAU.
