Baku Engineering University (BEU) has hosted meetings as part of the cooperation with Qingdao University of Technology, China. 

First, detailed discussions were held with Zaur Jafarov, representative of Qingdao University of Technology, on mutual student-teacher exchange, advantages of education in China, involvement of Azerbaijani youth in the above-mentioned higher education institution, procedures and selection stages intended for this, as well as other issues at the meeting held at the Faculty of Architecture and Construction of BEU.

Later, a meeting was organized with students studying at the master's and bachelor's degrees of Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering of BEU.

Speaking at the event, Afar Alifov, Dean of the Faculty of Architecture and Construction, expressed his views on the importance of the meeting.

Afterwards, Z. Jafarov made a video presentation. A representative of Qingdao University of Technology brought to attention extensive information about the issues ducational opportunities in China, in-demand majors, employment opportunities for students and graduates, and etc.

The meeting continued with answering the students' questions.
