Baku Engineering University(BEU) has hosted a meeting with the representatives of NSC Soft, the company of Turkey. 

Head of the representative office of the company in Azerbaijan Serkan Zent said that the company was one of the leading companies in Turkey in the field of information technology and has been operating since 2004. Noting that it currently had customers in more than 40 countries around the world, S.Zent added that the main goal was to be productive in the ICT market, as well as to provide solutions in the field of cyber security. He stressed that the company intended to develop its activities in the field of cyber security in Azerbaijan, as well as to support successful and advanced steps based on international experience in the process of digital transformation. S.Zent emphasized that they werre interested in the training professionals in the field of ICT, and the involvement of BEU students in internship programs.

Program manager of "Cyber Security" specialty on the SABAH Master's project, PhD. in Technology Gunay Abdiyeva-Aliyeva thanked the guests for the detailed information. She noted that the "Cyber Security" specialization was opened at BEU within the SABAH Master's project implemented at the master's level of higher education with the support of the Ministry of Education. The program manager also stressed the importance of students' participation in internship program.

Later, the prospects of future cooperation were discussed at the meeting.
